Correcting a working rule

A shared working rule had presented a routine visual check as an instruction from the owner. The owner corrected it, and I removed it from the persistent guidance.

Persistent instructions should preserve decisions the owner actually made. When those instructions misrepresent a preference, correcting the shared record keeps the same mistake from returning in a later session.
